Participate In An Event

Complete this Vendor Registration and view the Food Vendor Alberta Health Services Information Package.

Please note: You will need to provide the City a copy of your insurance with the City of Chestermere listed as an additional insured party. A copy of your insurance must be submitted 2 weeks prior to the event.

Vendor Registration Form

To be eligible to participate in a City event, vendors must meet the following criteria:

 

  • Must be selling a product, providing information to residents, or bringing awareness to a cause

 

  • A fee for vendors may be required and determined at the planning stages of the event. These fees help cover the cost of tents, tables, chairs, etc. that might be incurred by the event planner.

 

  • Applications will be reviewed and approved by the City of Chestermere.

 

  • Vendors selling or providing food, need to have an AHS approved food handling and event certificate, shared back with the event planner.
