Keeping track of your child’s development is simple! You can easily complete as ASQ for free, right in the comfort of your home using your computer or smartphone. Once you have finished the ASQ, one of our Family Support Facilitators will review the results and reach out to discuss your child’s progress within 3-5 business days. If your child is developing smoothly, no specific follow-up is needed – just continue enjoying activities and interactions with your child as they explore new milestones.

In case your child faces challenges in certain skills, we’re here to assist you with the next steps. This includes providing you with some new, enjoyable, and simple ASQ learning activities with your child before the next screening.
