Positive Parenting Program (Triple P)
Elevate your parenting with Triple P: Positive Parenting Program, a multi-level, evidence-based program. Enhance your knowledge, skills, and confidence to prevent behavioural, emotional, and developmental challenges in your children. This program offers one-to-one or group supports. We offer programs on several topics, from general parenting to anxiety to separation and divorce.
Chances are you’re looking for practical help with some common parenting problems such as:
- infant’s sleep-patterns or persistent crying
- toddler tantrums
- mealtime mayhem
- fighting and aggression
- a young teenager’s defiance
Or there might be no problem at all.  You might be thinking about how to best support your child as he or she starts school, to set a homework pattern, to encourage healthy eating, or set a bedtime routine.  And if you’re “expecting”, it’s never too early to learn what to expect!
Whatever your parenting need, no matter how simple or complex, Triple P has the information, tip sheet, book, DVD, seminar, course, or practitioner to help you. As one of the few evidence-based parenting programs available worldwide, with over 25 years of proven clinical research to back it up, you can be sure Triple P works for the majority of families. Triple P has helped thousands of families and has the seal of approval of parents, practitioners, and experts worldwide.Â

Take-home tip sheets are given to all parents who attend Triple P seminars.

There are four topics for parents of children 0 –12 (Dealing with disobedience; Managing fighting and aggression; Developing good bedtime routines, and Hassle-free shopping with children) and four in Teen Triple P Discussion Groups for parents of 12 –16-year-olds (Coping with teenagers’ emotions; Reducing family conflict; Getting teenagers to cooperate, and Building teenagers’ survival skills).
- Brief Primary Care and Brief Primary Care Teen – Delivered opportunistically by a practitioner who provides regular support to parents of children or teenagers. A brief one-on-one consultation of 15–30 minutes targets a specific issue. If required, there can be a follow-up visit or phone call.
- FEAR LESS: Fear Less Triple P empowers you to model effective coping strategies for anxiety and worries, coach your children to build emotional resilience, and build your own coping skills. You have the flexibility to choose the best way to support your child as they develop improved anxiety management skills. This program is offered in a group or one-to-one format, offered as a 1-day workshop or over several weeks for groups, and over six sessions for individuals.
- FAMILY TRANSITIONS: Family Transitions Triple P is a 5-week program designed to offer support to families navigating the challenges of separation and divorce. If you find yourself worried that the process is impacting your children or seeking effective ways to communicate and guide them through this transition, this program is tailored for you. In this program, our Family Support Facilitators will address the unique concerns parents face during separation and divorce including topics such as skills to resolve conflict with former partners, and how to cope positively with stress.
- GROUP: Group Triple P is an excellent opportunity to connect with parents facing similar challenges, over several sessions. Throughout the program you will receive brief one-to-one support over the phone where one of our Family Support Facilitators will support you in your goals and implementing the skills you have learned in the group. You will receive tailored tips and insights for your family’s needs, witnessing practical applications through videos, and a take-home comprehensive workbook.
- PRIMARY CARE: This covers general parenting concerns for brief, one-to-one supports. Typically consisting of approximately four sessions, a Family Support Facilitator will support you with a specific issue through a personalized experience.
