Located The following Development Permit(s) have been approved in accordance with the City of Chestermere Land Use Bylaw 022-10, as amended:
1. DP# 23-53346
265 Sandpiper Crescent– Lot 43, Block 3, Plan 171 2298
A variance of 0.7m for rear deck (0.81m high) encroaching into the required rear yard setback of 4.0m
2. DP# 23-6658/2
144 Stonemere Point – Lot 17, Block 16, Plan 041 1295
Discretionary Use – Accessory Building (shed: 3.72 x 3.80m) located on the
northeast side of the property.
3. DP# 23-4644
110 West Lakeview Crescent – Lot 45, Block 7, Plan 011 3706
A) A variance of 0.17m for west side of the principal building (existing)
encroaching into the required side yard setback of 1.5m.
B) A variance of 0.29m for the existing air conditioning unit located on the west
side of the property encroaching into the required side yard setback of 1.0m.
Any person deemed to be affected by the above approval(s) may choose to appeal this decision to the Subdivision and Development Appeal Board. Any appeal must be in writing to the Secretary of the Subdivision and Development Appeal Board and forwarded to the City of Chestermere along with the required fee of $200.00 within 21 days from the date of this publication.
