Development Permits for the week of May 27, 2024
Located The following Development Permit(s) have been approved in accordance with the City of Chestermere Land Use Bylaw 022-10, as amended:
1. DP# 24-57352
124 Waterford Way – Lot 24, Block 14, Plan 241 0796
A variance of 1.0m for the north side of the principal building encroaching into the required front yard setback of 6.0m
2. DP# 23-54228/54229
128 & 172 Waterford Boulevard – Lots 1 & 2, Block 1, Plan 211 0528
A Discretionary Use Comprehensive Commercial Development to contain Seven (7) One-Storey Commercial Buildings including the following minor variances from the Land Use Bylaw: parking variance of 81 Parking Spaces, whereas 82 are required;
variance for Barrier Free parking stalls and access aisles to be 2.4 metres in width, whereas 2.7 metres is required.
3. DP# 24-10156
308 Crimson Close – Lot 24, Block 5, Plan 041 0177
Variance of 0.6 meters on the east side of the principal building for proposed deck access stairway encroaching in the minimum required side yard of 1.5 meters.
Any person deemed to be affected by the above approval(s) may choose to appeal this decision to the Subdivision and Development Appeal Board. Any appeal must be in writing to the Secretary of the Subdivision and Development Appeal Board and forwarded to the City of Chestermere along with the required fee of $200.00 within 21 days from the date of this publication.
