A Permitted Use Development to contain One (1) K-9 Separate School (Calgary Catholic School District) including the following minor variances from the Land Use Bylaw:
a. Variance of 6 stalls for pick-up and drop-off parking (31.58%).
b. Variance to accommodate buses offsite rather than onsite.
c. Variance to not require an underground irrigation system.
Any person deemed to be affected by the above approval(s) may choose to appeal this decision to the Subdivision and Development Appeal Board. Any appeal must be in writing to the Secretary of the Subdivision and Development Appeal Board and forwarded to the City of Chestermere along with the required fee of $200.00 within 21 days from the date of this publication.
