The following Development Permit(s) have been conditionally approved in accordance with the City of Chestermere Land Use Bylaw 020-24.

A variance of 0.33m for the east side detached garage located on south side of the property encroaching into the required side yard setback of 0.6m.
2. DP 24-53632
841 West Lakeview Drive – Lot 58, Block 1, Plan 201 0045
Variance for 2.23% for the detached garage exceeding the required maximum accessory building lot coverage of 15%.
Any person deemed to be affected by the above approval(s) may choose to appeal this decision to the Subdivision and Development Appeal Board. Any appeal must be in writing to the Secretary of the Subdivision and Development Appeal Board and forwarded to the City of Chestermere along with the required fee of $200.00 within 21 days from the date of this publication.
