Development Decision Posting for Monday June 23, 2025
The following Development Permit(s) have been conditionally approved in accordance with the City of Chestermere Land Use Bylaw 020-24.
1. DP#25-18142
142 Topaz Gate – Lot 6, Block 7, Plan 071 6019
A variance of 0.60m for the existing driveway extension located on the northwest side of the property wholly encroaching into the required side yard setback of 0.6m.
2. DP#25-1280
281 Westchester Green – Lot 19, Block 3, Plan 951 0330
A variance of 0.77m & 0.15m for the existing vinyl shed (11.08 sq.m) located on the northeast corner of the property encroaching into the required rear yard setback of 1.0m and side yard setback of 0.6m.
3. DP#25-4838
126 Oakmere Point – Lot 70, Block 5, Plan 011 3332
A variance of 0.12m for the existing stairwell (0.8m deep) located on the east side of the property encroaching into the required side yard setback of 1.5m.
Any person deemed to be affected by the above approval(s) may choose to appeal this decision to the Subdivision and Development Appeal Board. Any appeal must be in writing to the Secretary of the Subdivision and Development Appeal Board and forwarded to the City of Chestermere along with the required fee of $200.00 within 21 days from the date of this publication.
