The following Development Permit(s) have been conditionally approved in accordance with the City of Chestermere Land Use Bylaw 020-24.
1. DP25-56566
1020 Dawson Dock Ave – Lot 30, Block 18, Plan 231 1449
A variance of 1% for the detached garage exceeding the required lot coverage of 15%.
2. DP 25-57692
141 Bridgeport Gate – Lot 46, Block 1, Plan 241 1880
A variance of 0.32m for the side landing (greater than 2ft) located on the east side of the property encroaching into the required side yard setback of 1.5m.
3. DP 25-57820
177 Bridgeport Gate – Lot 56, Block 3, Plan 241 1880
A variance of 0.09m for the side landing (greater than 2ft) located on the east side of the property encroaching into the required side yard setback of 1.5m
Any person deemed to be affected by the above approval(s) may choose to appeal this decision to the Subdivision and Development Appeal Board. Any appeal must be in writing to the Secretary of the Subdivision and Development Appeal Board and forwarded to the City of Chestermere along with the required fee of $200.00 within 21 days from the date of this publication.
