The City of Chestermere is seeking a qualified proponent to upgrade the existing fire alarm panels located in the RCMP detachment and Fire Hall, to have the capability of monitoring the entire building, as per Safety Code 3.2.4.2 Sentence (2) and Sentence (4).
Currently each panel operates independently; in the event of a fire occurring on one side, the other panel does not detect the incident or provide an alert.
