The City of Chestermere has begun the replacement of underground copper water service lines. This initiative will involve the replacement of aging copper pipes with modern PEX (cross-linked polyethylene) pipes, enhancing the performance and longevity of our plumbing system. PEX pipes are highly resistant to corrosion and scale buildup, ensuring a longer service life.
