Tiny Talk (drop in): Exciting news! Our Baby Talk program has now evolved to include toddlers ages 0-3. This program is designed for parents with babies and toddlers. Explore topics like attachment, growth & development, sleep, feeding, and more. Tailored to your needs, families can request specific topics and ask questions about parenting.

Come Play with Me (drop in): Join our intergenerational, drop-in playgroup, connecting families and seniors. This program is tailored for parents/caregivers and their children ages 0-5 years old and is a chance for you all to create new social connections! Staff are available to answer questions, support, and offer resources.

Early Talks (registered program): This 10-week program is intended to promote speech and early literacy from children ages 0-6. Track parent-child interactions while setting goals for improvement and learning tools to enhance interactions. Each participant receives 10-free books, and as a special graduation reward, a complementary trip to the Telus Spark Science Centre thanks to our generous funders at the YWCA.
- When: Thursday evenings | 7:00p.m – 8:00p.m | January 25 – March 21
- Where: Online/Virtual through Microsoft Teams
Bundles of Support (registered program): for new moms with babies under 2, this is a 7-week program designed as a supportive haven for navigating the challenges of early parenthood. From understanding postpartum mood disorders to fostering your relationships, we’ve got you covered! Grow your village by connecting with fellow parents and essential service providers.
- When: Wednesdays | January 31 – March 13 | 10:30a.m – 11:30a.m.
- Where: Calgary Yacht Club | 636 E Chestermere Drive
Fear Less Workshop (registered program): designed for parents facing challenges in handling their child’s anxiety (ages 6 to 14). Boost your parenting skills, understand the causes of anxiety and discover effective strategies to support your child in overcoming fears. Let me know if you’d like more specific stuff to go in there
