Located The following Development Permit(s) have been approved in accordance with the City of Chestermere Land Use Bylaw 022-10, as amended:

228 Cove Drive – Lot 20, Block 6, Plan 981 2130
A variance of 0.25m for the existing air conditioning unit located on the right side of the principal building encroaching into the required side yard setback of 1.0m.
2. DP# 23-1017
672 East Chestermere Drive – Lot 9, Block 6, Plan 921 1325
A variance of 0.93m for the existing shed (4.95 x 6.15m) located on the southeast side of the property encroaching into the required front yard setback of 6.0m.
3. DP# 23-55231/2
35 Sandpiper Bend – Lot 7, Block 11, Plan 221 1697
Discretionary Use – Secondary Suite.
Any person deemed to be affected by the above approval(s) may choose to appeal this decision to the Subdivision and Development Appeal Board. Any appeal must be in writing to the Secretary of the Subdivision and Development Appeal Board and forwarded to the City of Chestermere along with the required fee of $200.00 within 21 days from the date of this publication.
