Come celebrate Alberta Day and Alberta’s movie scene with us. Bring blanket, a lawn chair and enjoy this comedy, adventure-packed family movie for FREE with your community.

Alberta Day is a chance to celebrate Alberta and all of the people living in this great province, to take stock of where we came from, to recognize the Indigenous People who cared for the land and to show pride in what we have achieved.

  • 121 years ago, on September 1, 1905, the province of Alberta was established through the Alberta Act. This date provides all people living in Alberta with the opportunity to celebrate what defines the province – innovation, entrepreneurialism, cultural heritage and community spirit.
