Take notice that a Subdivision & Development Appeal Board Hearing will be held on TUESDAY,MAY 14th, 2024 AT 6:00 P.M. IN CITY OF CHESTERMERE COUNCIL CHAMBERS to hear the following Appeals:

An appeal by the applicant against the Development Officer’s decision to refuse an
application for Development Permit DP22-53524.
2.) SDAB 24-004
48 Chelsea Cape
Lot 31, Block 1, Plan 2010045
An appeal by the applicant against the development Officer’s decision to refuse an
application for Development Permit DP24-53613.
Any persons wishing to present a written submission to the Board concerning the above appeal should submit it to the Secretary of the Board through jdavid@chestermere.ca before 12:00 p.m. May 14, 2024. The Board will not review submissions prior to the hearing.
Under the Municipal Government Act Section 686(4), interested parties may view the Appeal file at the City Office during regular office hours. Further information regarding the Appeal will only be provided upon request.
