Take notice that a Subdivision & Development Appeal Board Hearing will be held on TUESDAY, July 2nd, 2024 AT 6:00 PM IN CITY OF CHESTERMERE COUNCIL CHAMBERS to hear the following Appeals:
1.) SDAB 24-005
550 West Chestermere DriveLot 45, Block 2, Plan 1012270
An appeal by an affected neighbor against the Development Officer’s decision to approve an application for an Accessory Building- Detached Garage (DP24-4).
2.) SDAB 24-006
159 Parkmere Court
Lot 30, Block 21, Plan 0414464
An appeal by an affected neighbor against the Development Officer’s decision to approve an application for a Discretionary Use – Secondary Suite with Side Yard Stairwell Variance (DP24-7186).
Any persons wishing to present a written submission to the Board concerning the above appeal. should submit it to the Secretary of the Board through jdavid@chestermere.ca before 12:00 PM July 2nd, 2024. The Board will not review submissions prior to the hearing.
Under the Municipal Government Act Section 686(4), interested parties may view the Appeal file at the City Office during regular office hours. Further information regarding the Appeal will only be provided upon request.
