The following Development Permit(s) have been conditionally approved in accordance with the City of Chestermere Land Use Bylaw 020-24.

408 West Lakeview Drive – Lot 19, Block 9, Plan 191 2378
A variance of 0.09m for the air conditioning unit located on the west side of
the property encroaching into the required side yard setback of 0.5m by 0.09m.
2. DP26-55323
175 Chelsea Channel – Lot 40, Block 9, Plan 2211705
Secondary Suite and variance of 0.70m for landing (1.96m high) on the south
side of the property encroaching into the required side yard setback of 3.0m.
Any person deemed to be affected by the above approval(s) may choose to appeal this decision to the Subdivision and Development Appeal Board. Any appeal must be in writing to the Secretary of the Subdivision and Development Appeal Board and forwarded to the City of Chestermere along with the required fee of $200.00 within 21 days from the date of this publication.
