Rocky View Schools has announced funding for several school construction projects, including a new K-9 school in Chestermere’s Dawson’s Landing.
This school will alleviate overcrowding and address the increasing demand for student spaces, while also providing an improved learning and working environment for Chestermere students and educators.
Mayor Dean shared his sentiments:
”I am so proud the work council and administration has done to get to this announcement today. By working collaboratively with RVS and the provincial government we have a new K-9 school approved for Chestermere. We continue to work hard for the new high school and other schools as well.
